  Short version: Military Millionaire does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. All calculations happen on your device. We don't run servers, use analytics, or use trackers. There is no account to create.

1. Who We Are

Military Millionaire is an independent educational financial-planning app developed by Holden Holt (the "Developer"). The app is distributed via Apple's App Store and Google Play. This policy describes how the app handles your information.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The app does not collect or transmit any of the following:

Your name, email, phone number, or any contact information
Your military rank, years of service, branch, or unit
Your TSP balance, contribution rate, or fund allocation
Your income, paycheck, or take-home pay figures
Your VA disability rating or compensation amount
Your tax information, filing status, or state of residence
Your home address, ZIP code, or BAH location
Your device identifier (IDFA, advertising ID, etc.)
Your IP address (the app does not connect to any backend server)
Your usage patterns, crash data, or analytics
Your location (the app does not use GPS or location services)

3. What the App Does

All numbers you enter into the app are stored only in your device's local memory while the app is running. Some inputs (such as your current rank and TSP balance) are saved to your device's local storage so the app remembers them between sessions. This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not transmitted to the Developer, Apple, Google, or any third party
Is deleted when you uninstall the app

4. Third-Party Services

The app does NOT integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, error-reporting, or social-media services. Specifically, the app does not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, Sentry, Crashlytics, Mixpanel, or any similar service.

5. Children's Privacy

The app is rated for users aged 17 and older and is not intended for children under the age of 13. Because the app collects no personal data of any kind, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by design.

6. Apple App Store and Google Play

When you download the app from Apple's App Store or Google Play, those platforms may collect their own data (download counts, country, device model, etc.) according to their own privacy policies. The Developer has access only to aggregated, anonymized analytics provided by these platforms. The Developer never receives information about individual users.

7. TestFlight Beta Users

During pre-release testing on Apple TestFlight, Apple collects crash reports and basic analytics from beta users in accordance with Apple's TestFlight privacy policy. After the app's public release, beta-period crash data is retained only by Apple, not by the Developer. The Developer receives only crash counts and basic device information for use in fixing bugs.

8. Security

Because no data is transmitted from your device, there is no data in transit to secure. Local data stored on your device is protected by your device's standard security mechanisms (passcode, Face ID, Touch ID).

9. Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes in the future, the updated policy will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes.
